Happy Birthday!

I made this card for my brother's birthday. He loves cars and has ever since he was a small boy.  I actually bought this set with him in mind (don't tell him!).  I hope he likes it.  Hmmm...now, if I could just get it in the mail.

Supplies used: TAC's Just Like Dad paper and Cars stamp set. SU's Night of Navy and Whisper white cardstocks.

Here Kitty, Kitty!

Hey all! My neighbor loves her kitty! I was thinking of her and thought I would make her a card for no other reason than she's a sensational friend. In fact, I couldn't ask for a better friend and neighbor! So this was my first attempt at "texture/fur" with my Copics. Not sure what I think of it yet except that I need more practice. Anyway, she LOVED it, which is what really matters. Especially since I don't think she gets many handcrafted cards...but who does?  If you folks are anything like me and hoard your little treasures, then you know like I do that the recipient has to be one special person to get one of these babies! LOL...

Go Graduate!

Hey folks! Sorry I've been out of pocket quite a bit; summer is crazy already! This is a little ditty I had to come up with on the fly. My neighbor needed a graduation card right away and I had this in mind.  Unfortunately I had to dig a little for the silver embossing powder (LOL), but it all worked out in the end. Hope you like it!
Supplies used: Go Graduate stamp set, Scallop Border punch, 1 1/2" and 1 3/4" circle punches, Basic Black and Brushed Silver cardstocks, silver embossing powder, versamark.
