Happy Anniversary!
It isn't often we get to see folks celebrate a 60th wedding anniversary anymore, so when I was asked to make a card in celebration of one I jumped at the chance! I'm not sure I would have when I realized the color for that particular milestone was diamond white. But I let my excitement take over and put my reservations aside. I whipped out my Smooch spritz, that I have been dying to use, and got busy. This is what I came up with...keeping Mr. & Mrs. in mind all the while, I wanted to produce something they both would appreciate...love birds and all!
Supplies used: Whisper White cardstock, ivory Smooch glimmer mist, two step bird punch, large heart punch, Vintage Wallpaper and Tulip Frame embossing folders, Teeny Tiny wishes stamp set, Brocade Blue ink and white satin ribbon. All supplies are Stampin' Up! with except of the satin ribbon.

Hey folks! Sorry I've been out of pocket quite a bit; summer is crazy already! This is a little ditty I had to come up with on the fly. My neighbor needed a graduation card right away and I had this in mind. Unfortunately I had to dig a little for the silver embossing powder (LOL), but it all worked out in the end. Hope you like it!
Supplies used: Go Graduate stamp set, Scallop Border punch, 1 1/2" and 1 3/4" circle punches, Basic Black and Brushed Silver cardstocks, silver embossing powder, versamark.

Pot of Gold!!
Those girls over at TAC sure know how to make a girl feel special!! I was so excited to see a box in the mail so just imagine how excited I was when I opened the package... my girls thought I'd won the lottery or something. Well in mind I did!! The Pot of Gold prize is awesome! It includes: Uptown Girl pad from the Wing It collection, assorted stamps...even a whole set (not sure of the name though), even Cling to mount them with! A milky gel pen, a note pad, black coaster pack (6), picture pebbles, and Mulberry hardware. All I can say is WOW! I can't wait to get these stamps wet and purdy up my creations!! Thanks to Mischelle for the amazing gifts and to the TAC community for allowing me to join in the fun!!

Good Teacher...
So, I thought had it all figured out... See, my oldest baby is a senior this year and this will my last opportunity to thank the teachers on her behalf, her favorites in particular. Especially since my daughter has been sick the last few months and most of the teachers have gone above and beyond; so I really want to do this! Keeping all of this in mind, I snagged my friend's Cricut magazine because it has pictured, the perfect card for my daughter's teachers this year. I even scored a new cartridge on eBay to "get 'er done". Well, I got my cartridge in the mail and couldn't wait to put this together. Not exactly like the card in the book but close enough. HOWEVER...I 'm not real thrilled with the outcome. Okay, maybe a little bit! But something is definately missing. Help...please! I cannot seem to figure out what's wrong with it. Already I realize that a printed ribbon would help but hey, I am very open to suggestion so feel free to chime in. Thanks in advance for your input! P.S. - I'll be sure to post the new rendition.

Pot of Gold Blog Hop
Once in a while I like to play with my friends who work for that other compa
ny (LOL). This was my attempt to play along in thier Pot of Gold challenge this week. You can play too. In order to qualify for the challenge, your card must include the following: stitching; stamped or stitched (not saying which I did), a punched item, a button/and or a bow and/or a brad, the color green...a little or a lot, and use one or more layers of cardstock. Come join me! Unfortunately I have yet to figure out how to attach to the Linky. So if someone out there can help...lend a girl a hand. For this card I used TACs Labels Four, "Oh No She Didn't" stamp set. Sets A & B Copics. Stampin' Up's Green Galore (retired), Pretty in Pink DSP, and Whisper White CSs, Whisper White ribbon, Soft Suede and Garden Green Stampin' Write markers, scallop border punch, and "Heard from the Heart" stamp set. Miscellaneous flowers and rhinestones.

Totally Tool
A friend needed a birthday card for a good friend this weekend and didn't have time to make one (like I do,ha!). Of course I offered to make one as this would
give me an opportunity to make a purposeful masculine card. It's funny, when we (I) make other cards, I hardly ever ask what their likes and dislikes are. But for the guys I tend to ask since I have only few sets to choose from and they're pretty specific. Lucky for me, the recipient of this card is a craftsman. When I heard that I was elated...I have the prefect set for that sort of guy! I actually like this set but rarely get to use it so I jumped at the chance.
Risa over at TAC. I hope he likes it...What do you think?
For this card I used: CS; Garden Green, Basic Black, Creamy Carmel. SS; Totally Tools, Well Scripted, Sincere Salutations. Accesories; Perfect Polka Dots embossing folder, silver brads, and a few screw brads from my buddy

Clean & Simple?
Look at me go, two days in a row!! I just had to play with Bliss again, this is a great set. Unfortunately it's only available until 3/31 so get yours now!! I sure wish Stampin' Up! would consider carrying it into our next catalog. Hint hint... The Paper Players clean and simple challenge gave me the perfect opportunity to pull it out and ink it up. Not sure if this qualifies but here goes...

Bliss!
I've come to the conclusion...stamping is more fun than writing about stamping. Okay, just a little bit. If I didn't blog about it then you couldn't share in my fun. LOL! I will try to do better.
Once a month a few of my friends and I try to get together to stamp. This month's theme was a different fold. Here's what I whipped up...a fun, super simple card with my new favorite colors. Let me know what you think.
For this card I used:
Stamps: Bliss (only available
until 3/31). CS: whisper white, concord crush, and pear pizzaz, In-Color DSP
Ink: concord crush
Accessories: small oval and scalloped oval punch, rhinestones, dimensionals.
Stay tuned, next month's theme is "Not a Card". Thanks for stopping by!

Flower
A wise friend recently reminded me of the benefits of blogging/sharing my little creations (thanks Risa!). I can't thank her enough because I have to say this is still more cost effective than therapy! With that said, I'd like to share a sneak peek from an upcoming class; "Punch Pretties". This card was made using the ornament punch, circle scallop punch, Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder, Daffodil Delight, and Whisper White cardstock. Crushed Curry cardstock and ribbon (both retired) and basic pearls all from Stampin' Up! Let me know what you think...soon ya soon!
