Celebrating 50 Years!!

A friend of mine asked me to create a gift for his parents who were celebrating their 50th anniversary. I came up with this shadow box.  I took their wedding day photo; resized and printed in B&W, a current photo, added a few poems and miscellaneous gold themed embellishments and this is what I came up with. The couple LOVED it!! It was an honor to be able to share in this milestone occasion! Unfortunately the pictures are not great thanks in large part to the glare but I think you will get the gist.

Random Stampings

I have a stamp/swap group that meets once a month.  These ladies
are very talented! It's like a "think tank" of creativity! Each month we come up with a theme and we each bring the supplies for everyone else to our card. This month's theme was birthday's.  Here's was mine for this month. Not really think tank material but I got to get a new stamp set "wet". What do you think?

Happy Anniversary!

It isn't often we get to see folks celebrate a 60th wedding anniversary anymore, so when I was asked to make a card in celebration of one I jumped at the chance! I'm not sure I would have when I realized the color for that particular milestone was diamond white.  But I let my excitement take over and put my reservations aside. I whipped out my Smooch spritz, that I have been dying to use, and got busy. This is what I came up with...keeping Mr. & Mrs. in mind all the while, I wanted to produce something they both would appreciate...love birds and all!

Supplies used: Whisper White cardstock, ivory Smooch glimmer mist, two step bird punch, large heart punch, Vintage Wallpaper and Tulip Frame embossing folders, Teeny Tiny wishes stamp set, Brocade Blue ink and white satin ribbon. All supplies are Stampin' Up! with except of the satin ribbon.

Windowpane Pendant

Hello all! One of my demonstrator sisters shared this project with our upline group.  I thought it would make an excellent class project and the perfect gift for someone special, even yourself!

The class features our windowpane embellishments and designer series paper to create a beautiful monogrammed,  wearable piece of artwork.  Class fee is $12 and includes all materials to complete this project, a matching matchbox (try to say that three times fast!) not pictured, and take home instructions to make more. Can't make the class? Kits are available.  Contact me today to reserve your space!

Note: Monogram Letters and DSP may vary based on availability.

Thanks for stopping by! Hope to hear from you soon!
